Kandl Labs: Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

Individuals and small groups of 6 or less 

• 72 hours or longer notice: You may cancel with full deposit refund or reschedule to another time/date
• 24 hours notice: You may reschedule to another time/date
• 12 hours or less notice: No refund on deposit, and will be offered a 20% discount to book on new deposit for another time/date. 20% is not applied to the balance of class and only deposit to rebook class. 
• No shows: No refund on deposit

Private events and groups of 7 or more guests 

• 14 days or longer notice: You may cancel with full deposit refund or reschedule to another time/ date
• 13 days or less: September 16 till December 31: You may reschedule to another time/date with a $250 fee or cancel booking with no refund of your deposit
• 4 days or less: January 2 till September 15: You may reschedule to another time/date with a $250 fee or cancel booking with no refund of your deposit
• No shows: No refund on deposit
